One of our driving values is our belief in the power of the small team to get results.

So we decided the most effective way to respond to growing demand for our services was to propagate, with interconnected "cells" of specialised engineers supported by a core organisation that takes care of business. This preserves the life-force of our people, freeing them up to follow their talents while ensuring the structure exists to fully support our clients.

Each cell owns a part of the core organisation and vice versa, ensuring a symbiotic relationship in which we all have a stake in each other's success, and a shared vision of client-centric project delivery.
