I thrive in high-pressure environments and bring a strong mix of time management, adaptability, and a passion for continuous technological improvement to every project I contribute to.

My journey in draughting began in high school in the United States at the age of 15. I quickly developed a passion for architectural design, competing in draughting competitions and earning first place in my region and third in the state of Illinois in 1997. After completing a year at Westwood College of Technology, I relocated to New Zealand and began my professional career in 2006 as a junior draughtsperson at Beca.

In 2014, I moved to Nelson and transitioned into independent contracting. Since then, I’ve worked with a variety of consultancies on diverse and impactful projects, including the NCTIR Kaikōura rebuild.

Since 2022, I’ve had the privilege of working with Structex and joined the team permanently end of July 2025. Even before officially joining the team, I was warmly welcomed into the office, included in team catch-ups and celebrations, and made to feel part of the whānau.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog on the beach, practicing Pilates, exploring horticulture, and paddleboarding. I also treasure time spent with my family in the beautiful Marlborough Sounds.
