Since joining Structex in 2012, Kate has become an integral part of the company's leadership, helping guide its growth as both a Director and Practice Manager. Her role spans people and culture, finance, governance, marketing and business operations, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to build a successful and sustainable business.

Kate is passionate about creating an environment where people can do their best work and reach their potential. She believes great businesses are built by great people and enjoys working across all areas of the organisation to support the team, strengthen culture and turn strategic goals into practical outcomes.

With a background in psychology and experience across a range of industries, Kate brings a balanced mix of empathy, pragmatism and commercial thinking to everything she does. Whether she's shaping strategy, improving processes or supporting the development of others, her focus is always on helping Structex and its people succeed.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen and spending quality time with family and friends.
